2009 KPMG Corporate Volunteer Day

KPMG volunteers and some mentally disabled people from Yang-Mei Living & Vocational Training Center for the Retarded, one of 54 non-profit organizations, enjoyed a happy day.

The theme this year was to give disabled people and senior citizens a joyful day by accompanying them.

This event improved colleagues’ physical and mental balance and helped them to think more broadly.

Students from the Accounting Department of National Taiwan University also joined this event and helped institutions to assist with the daily work and classes.

Some KPMG volunteers cleaned the windows of an institution, which disabled people can not easily do.

Some volunteers went to Guandu Nature Park to do community service.
