Tax Agent Services for Foreign Institutional Investor (FINIs)

In recent years, the government has simplified the application procedures and qualifications for Foreign Institutional Investors (FINIs), and loosened the limitation requirement for the investment quotas in order to attract more multi-national institutional investors to invest in the Taiwan Stock Market, enhance alignment of the Taiwan Stock Market with international standards, and allow internationalization, conformation with international standards, and free flow of investment capital in Taiwan.

Such is also a required procedure for FINIs’ repatriating earnings generated from their investments in the local securities market and the related interpretation letter.
